  • OBJECTIVE: To elevate the execution beyond static assets with outdated repurposed imagery. We wanted it to connect closer to what would appeal to a younger target audience through social media.

    OUTCOME: Partnering with a top-tier Brand agency to bring this concept to life. The campaign brought a vibrancy to retail hiring that stood out from the competition by leading with motion assets for social media led hiring. Additionally, all assets were translated into 11 languages for all of Nike’s main Geos.

  • Given the younger target audience looking to work in retail, we wanted to appeal to the visual world they inhabit through gaming and streaming aesthetics. Using the gaming metaphor for leveling up, as a way to convey that working at Nike Retail opens up opportunities for one to build their career. All housed within the iconic orange Nike shoe box as a foundational element.
