Objective: The 2023 Internship campaign was an opportunity to elevate the summer experience, to match what most would expect from a Nike consumer facing experience. Bringing a new level of fun and excitement around the program.
Outcome: Our team extended the scope to include social media content for interns to use, motion reels, 3D printing, elevated swag, and an overall premium execution throughout the duration of the summer program.

The 2023 Nike Intern class was born into the beginning of a new millennium. To celebrate that we tapped in to the resurging Y2K movement as a source of inspiration. Having deep roots in that movement, we delved into Nike’s DNA for inspiration, while seeing new iterations of it with Nike’s RTFKT and Metaverse initiatives.
